Activity 1: Grouping animals in the Padlet.
This is a collaborative task you will complete as a whole class. It is your job to decide where all of the animals on this Padlet belong.
- Create different group names and group the animals into categories you think are the most appropriate.

Activity 3: Create your own minibeast.
- Its your turn to create your own minibeast.
- Click on the image below to access the ABC website.
- When you have finished creating your creature, use your snipping/screenshot tool to save it as an image. You will need this image for next lesson.
Activity 4: Post and classify minibeast on Padlet
- Post the image of your minibeast to the Padlet below.
- Caption your image with the group your minibeast would be classified in - insects, arachnids, myriapods, or crustaceans.
