This learning resource has been deigned to facilitate student learning and understanding within the Stage 2 Science strand of Living World. It primarily focuses on the first section of this strand. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with further activities. Class, teacher, and student discussions are recommended to help observe and consolidate learning, however there are opportunities for diagnostic, formative and summative assessment throughout the learning activities.
